Director
Marcia is an architect and urbanist who operated her own firm for 10 years and had almost 20 years experience in the air conditoning sector before founding Novva Solutions in Brazil.
Marcia manages a talented team of architects and designers that provide consulting services for the LEED Certification process.
She is accredited by the USGBC as a LEED AP for both LEED BD+C and LEED O+M (Building, Design + Construction and Operations + Maintenance). She conducted courses in LEED O+M (Operation & Maintenance) for the Green Building Council of Brazil (GBC Brasil) and teaches sustainability courses in Architecture at URM - Faculdade Riberto Miranda.
Oswaldo S. Bueno

Oswaldo de Siqueira Bueno is one of the most respected consuting engineers in Brazil with more than 35 years experience in this market.
As a member of ABRAVA and ASHRAE and a professor at the School of Industrial Engineering, (FEI-Faculdade de Engenharia Industrial) , Oswaldo built his career helping professionals design, install and operate building systems at peak efficiency.
He has been the Commissioning Authority for Novva Solutions since 2010.
Our Technical Team
Our team of technical consultants include engineers, architects and designers that provide our clients with the highest level of technical assistance.
Their work includes management of the LEED Certification process, commissioning, and energy simulation.
